DECA is an international organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management at a collegiate level. It focuses on developing critical problem-solving skills through competitions, leadership activities, and networking opportunities. Our members will take part in professionalism workshops and practice case studies, as well as interact with the community through service and mentorship.

This year’s theme, “Be the One” encourages members to take initiative, whether it is leading a project, helping the community, or pushing themselves to achieve personal and professional goals. “Be the One” inspires individuals to take ownership of their professional journey and be the catalyst for change and success.
